Cannot help dropping tears each time i watch an episode of such tragic stories from the szechuan earthquake.

being so far away from the actual site, everything seen on tv or the papers appears to be like stories or any other sad drama serial to us.
when we realised these things have happened for real in another part of the world, it's time to focus less on our own world around us, look at the big picture, at the very least, ahow more concern for what is going on around the world and appreciate what we already have.

these days i've to drag my feet to dance rehearsals at NUS
for one, am personally not confident of my 2 out of 3 items up till now,
second, i've to lug a lot of cloth for my 3 items, heavy bag = painful shoulders
then the going home, is another thing to worry about
but thanks to mike for lifts to the station which helped me save a lot of cab fares
and we really need a lot more self-motivation when the calibre of guys we get in chinese dance is like....

3) Air ticket to HK or Japan.

Staring at the monitor for 8 hours daily is not as simple as imagined

so i went to the doctor, still undecided on e complaints between constipation and dizziness. As i entered the Doctor's room (first time in this clinic), I see a Male, ok-looking young doctor. so i thought, ok i 'm not gg to let him observe my pi4gu3, it'd be so awkward okay. so i decided to use 'Nausea and Giddiness from too much desk-bound work' to get today's MC.phew.

was informed only mins ago that my ISO course which the HR has applied for me to attend
is supposed to be 1 Nov and 2 Nov!! haha
so me and my 'new boss' totally are oblivious about it
heng the Organisors are nice enuff to let us change the dates w/o additional cost.

the HR manager herself mixed tha dates up too
how can she blame us when in the first place we're not informed of the dates
it's funny

And there's this safety lecture for internal audits we had one of the evenings,
there was an essay test at the end of it.
so there were ard 8 of us who took the test,
my boss was the only one who FAILED IT and he's suppoesd be the
management representative for the company.hahaha
and surprisungly i got the highest score of 94/100 for the test *gloat gloat*
which doesnt mean anything lah hahaha most ppl didnt take it seriously.
its funny taking the same exam with ur bosses and see them scratch head over it

I enjoyed Fen's item.. goosebump-effects were there

very theartrical piece with a lot of emotions and the stage somehow seem too cramped to frame up the whole 'picture'

could be better executed if there were more practices betwn the two leads :P
unsure steps, uncoordinated body lines and angle of sight, i could see them all :P haha

overall, i liked the leads' individual choreography and emotions w added acting. could have created more sparks when they FINALLY MET.

well done Michelle, it's always enjoyable to watch you dance! i hope i can have ur good techniques! way to go, me. :P and of cos ah Fen, who doesnt fail to sparkle on stage, even with the LS-y condition last nite. ahem! hahahaha

KE7 wushu did well again this time around. , the better ones did unexpectedly better. the fighting parts were exciting! esp Yenling, Sharonlynn, Irene and YeDan.. very 帅 and the 眼神 showed a lot of 杀伤力 . I was telling Song en that the guys should work harder cos the girls are more 帅 than the guys lo.. :P

ahhh finally sophia and eelian are back to join the group..
fen and i gave them one Big hug upon seeing them haha
really missed sophia for that one day, surprisingly :P
i guess thru the trip i've learnt a lot more abt the group
naturally i found myself sticking to the ones who would put a smile on my face.

as much as the others find the chinese kids annoying,
i REALLY MISS THEM
they're a joy even to look at
being w them for just the few days,
actually just 2 nights which we visited their hotel rooms and chatted w them more,
they are such a loveable bunch.
(there's a love letter written for me n Fen which i will attach later when i upload my pictures.)

i suppose the children chose to stick to me n Fen
bcos they felt the same kind of affection we had towards them..
just like how we can tell if someone still cares for us..
it's shown so much thru their actions and attention and sensitivity given.

last day for the final rounds of shopping~!
my legs are going to chui from late night DongDaemun Shopping. bah.
shopping here is 10 times more exciting than in HK.
we found problem finding where to start our shopping from,

YES. being able to go home and sleep early(before 12), to have home-cooked food or just lounge around and watch TV is considered such a luxury for me now.

i wouldnt consider my self being burnt-out,
but am definitely not all excited abt dance rehs as much as i used to be. doesnt matter the content of rehs..
too many times, for too long hrs,
just isnt great at all.

little things like making a meal for my family
or putting on a nice new top puts me on a good mood!
this week will be a heavy one at work.
i just need self motivation.
and less procrastination.

went to this newly opened jap restaurant,
not so well furnished, in Suntec
didnt bother find out the name

tried their Sukiyaki's and it's really good,
lotsa beef slices, lotsa veggie, nice soup
not sure if i was just too hungry, this tastes better than the ones i've tried in Waraku or Sushi Tei
probably gd to have lowered my expectations b4 i walked in.

had to rush to TAT for rehearsal aft tt,
decided to join one of the v long queues facing the fountain of wealth
was so pissed off cos ALL tHE Cabs were labelled 'On CALL '
some cabs were even going in circles just to wait for the 'reservation' and
to earn that extra $2.50???

when we reached the front of the queue ...

the only bad thing about working here is.. the guys 没有一个像样的 :S

i live by them everyday.. i try to laugh it off. some times i really cant stand it..
I'd say, my male colleagues are eccentric in their own ways.

My boss ..... chr*stopher chew.. eligible bachelor, mid 40s.. he's one person whom the whole office love to make fun of. sharing the same room as him has brought me a lot of laughter, no doubt.

Japanese men laughs a lot, out loud. they walk fast and are really serious at work.
some guys are MCPs to the most extreme. and these are the ones whom I HATE the most! (no, they're not Japanese)
yes, I HATE MCPS!!!! DON'T CROSS MY PATH!!!! Shooooo~

and there are those who puts up a cool front but nags and bugs to ask where you are heading after work and if you wanna take the same ride home.

but....i' m glad for the 3 girls whom i can clique well with so far.

The problem with blogging is that, very often, the readers are not informed of the context of the message.

for instance, the chinese one added a few days ago refered to some political problems amg my frens, but i have frens thinking that it applied to other relationship problems.

We shld really take things written on blogs with a pinch of salt, not to mention the conversations on Msn chats.. they can be misleading and create unneccessary worries for the users...

sigh....sighh.. sigh....
